Align to Enlighten - Yoga Basics

This beginner level class is geared toward those who are new to yoga or are out of practice. This is a slow flow class providing detailed instruction and adjustments to familiarize you with common yoga poses and breath work with the use of props to assist with form and alignment - giving you all the tools you need to feel at ease starting or reentering your yoga practice.

This is also a great refresher course, even for yogis with an intermediate or advanced practice to work on form, alignment and use of props.

Stretch & Release - Yin
This 60-minute all levels Yin class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues, and yin allows for the myofascial release of those tissues around the muscles to allow you to deepen into the poses. The poses are held for up to 5 minutes, sometimes longer.

Slow Flow

Slower paced than a typical vinyasa/flow class, seasoned instructors will guide you through this 60-minute flow class. Through fluid movement, you will have time to sink into the poses and really focus and feel them, aligning your movement with your breath. Flow classes generally involve more movement than other class styles.

Mindful Flow

This 60-minute class is an all levels physical practice that offers deeper insights into the mind.  The physical practice is led with a focus to your mind, thoughts, emotions, sensations, while moving through a practice connecting your breath to your movement, awareness of body and mind, and relaxation of the muscles and body.
