Nataly found yoga almost a decade ago in search for relief for chronic back pain and fell in love with the practice right away. Almost instantly, yoga not only eased her back pain, but brought her calmness and ease. Within two years of practicing, she knew she wanted to teach and spread its benefits to other students.
Her personal teaching style is adaptive, upbeat, and therapeutic. Her classes are lighthearted and she encourages self expression, listening to one’s body, and above all, to make it fun! Her favorite part of teaching is finding ways to make her students’ bodies feel better.
She received her 500 hour certification in Embodyoga(®), which is an in depth and inclusive approach to the ancient science of yoga. It teaches us to become aware of our bodies down to the cellular level through postures, breath work, and meditation. She loves to continue to deepen her practice through constant learning from her own body and from other teachers.
