Alexandra initially came to yoga for the physical benefits, but instead found a lifestyle change. She found inner peace and is passionate about helping others do the same. Alexandra has completed 600 hours of training at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Yoga Nidra, Transformational Yoga Coaching, Yoga for PTSD, and Sound Healing. She believes that everything you’ll ever need to know is within you, and she’s dedicated to helping you see that.
Alexandra enjoys the styles of Yin, Nidra, Vinyasa, and Hatha.
