Jacob is a resident of Tempe. He has been practicing yoga for over five years and obtained his RYT200 hour certification under the instruction of Kandi Neal and Katie Tina. Jacob found that yoga has many benefits to the mind and body, and connecting the breath to movement allows students to feel each pose within. Suffering from back issues and anxiety, Jacob found that he could control his back pain and anxiety with the practice of yoga, and he wants to share his practices with others who may suffer from the same issues.
Jacob enjoys the personal benefits of yoga, as this practice teaches students how to heal themselves with their breath, mind, and body connection. Jacob enjoys the yoga styles of hatha, yin, and restorative.
