Hot Yoga Classes
Hot Set Sequence
This 60-70 minute class is set in the hot room and is practiced at approximately 100-105 degrees and 40% humidity. The set sequence incorporates vinyasa and Hatha allowing you time to sink into the poses and calm the mind while providing a wide range of poses you can work on each time with modifications available to advance your practice.
Hot Express Flow
Practiced in our hot room at approximately 100-105 degrees and 40% humidity, this 45-minute flow/vinyasa class is designed to allow even the busiest of yogis to make yoga part of their daily practice.
Hot Strength & Stability
This 60-minute Hatha class is all levels and is practiced in the hot room at approximately 100-105 degrees and 40% humidity. Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, Hatha generally includes most yoga styles with an emphasis on bringing a connection of breath (prana) and movement through held yoga poses (asanas) that, with a regular yoga practice, can develop strength, stability, and mental concentration as a preparation for meditation.
Hot Mindful Flow
This 60-minute class is an all levels physical practice in the hot room that offers deeper insights into the mind. The physical practice is led with a focus to your mind, thoughts, emotions, sensations, while moving through a practice connecting your breath to your movement, awareness of body and mind, and relaxation of the muscles and body.
Hot Energetic Flow
Practiced in our hot room at approximately 100-105 degrees and 40% humidity, seasoned instructors will guide you through a 60-minute flow class that will get your heartbeat going with fluid movement, while allowing you time to sink into the poses and really focus and feel them and align your movement with your breath. Flow classes generally involve more movement than other class styles.
Hot Slow Flow
Slower paced than a typical vinyasa/flow class and practiced in our hot room, seasoned instructors will guide you through this 60-minute flow class. Through fluid movement, you will have time to sink into the poses and really focus and feel them, aligning your movement with your breath. Flow classes generally involve more movement than other class styles.
Hot Stress Relief
This is a 60-minute, all levels, decompression session. This stress relief class will offer poses that ease tension found in the neck, shoulders and hips and leave you feeling like you just walked out of a massage. These overworked areas are gently opened to ease day to day tasks on the body. This journey of awareness consists of mild vinyasa to warm up the body leading to stretching and breath work.
