Christina found yoga in her twenties, practicing on and off at a local gym and doing DVDs at home. In 2010, a friend introduced her to a Bikram Yoga studio and she’s been sweating in a hot room ever since.
With a consistent practice, she began to reap tremendous benefits such as better physical health, a calm mind, and a higher self-worth. She always knew she wanted to become a teacher and share these gifts with others. She completed her 200-hour training with The Biltmore Studio in 2019 and is excited to help her students on their yoga journey in hopes that they will gain as much from the practice as she has. Come to Christina’s class to sweat, have fun, and maybe even dance a little. She promises there will never be a dull playlist!
