Although originally from Texas, you won’t hear a southern accent from Bre. (She may occasionally!) Bre was first introduced to yoga in her aunt’s living room, but didn’t fully grasp what the “yoga journey” was until beginning to take classes regularly while completing her undergrad from Texas A&M University. Coping with the changes that college presents can sometimes be a challenging transition. Through yoga she met her soulmate Mat. Her yoga mat that is! What began as a purely physical practice, turned into something so much more after witnessing what yoga did for her grandmother through her Breast Cancer Survivors group. Bre watched as her surviving grandma, turned into a thriving woman; learning to love and accept her body again through a physical and mental war.
Bre finished her YTT200 in 2016 in Omaha, NE with the mission to empower all individuals regardless of the physical and mental battles they may be going through. Through three long distance moves, from college into a corporate career, even through pregnancy to the birth of her only son Waylon, the yoga mat has been her much needed sanctuary.
Bre can be found teaching a wide variety of classes from hot vinyasa and set sequence, to non heated to restorative and slow flow. Most importantly Bre will always be found teaching with an open heart and mind. Bre is a foodie at heart, loves anything outdoors, and good company.
