Abigail Montag

Abigail is an Arizona native and desert lover who discovered a passion for yoga during college at Arizona State University. Inspired by the support, encouragement, and friendship of her teachers, she became an instructor to provide the same experience to her students. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training under Anton Mackey and Lisa Cohen and continues to learn and grow within her practice. As a naturopathic medical student, she offers a unique perspective to the practice and believes in the power yoga has to heal not only physical ailments but mental trauma as well. Her vinyasa flow classes combine mindful sequencing with breath linked movements and a strong focus on proper anatomical alignment.

She loves the mental clarity, individuality, and creative freedom the practice provides and hopes her students discover the same on their mats. When she isn’t teaching, you can find Abigail studying for a seemingly endless amount of medical school exams, discovering new music, or drawing.
